Sacramento Tree Foundation Sacramento, CA

Project Summary

Responsive redesign. We collaborated with Marketing By Design's Phil Tretheway to develop a responsive design for Sacramento Tree Foundation's site. The new layout takes full advantage of the screen real estate afforded by large monitors, then adapts gracefully all the way down to a friendly smart phone-sized design. We also custom developed a new module for our Profusion content management system to let the Foundation classify any web page as an article, tag it, and create a dynamic listing for it elswhere on the site, complete with headline, teaser paragraph, thumbnail image and customizable link text. The end result is a feature-rich site that's adaptable and draws the reader's focus to featured content. And it's Section 508 compliant to ensure that that content is accessible to everyone.
